About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator (Activation IC) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and / or Implementation Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening. This role offers a hybrid work schedule. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
