Description Concept Solutions is seeking at a Senior Change Management Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all change requests and eceive, log, and allocate priority to all requests for managing changes. Ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are used for all changes Provide lifecycle support to all IT authorized Enterprise Change Management (ECM) issues Provide CM lifecycle support to the FAA MSD ECM and authorized subordinate Change Management Boards (CMB) Provide administrative and technical support to forums for coordination and collaboration of proposed changes to the MSD Infrastructure Provide information to FAA MSD, ECM, and subordinate CMB participants concerning proposed changes, estimates of impact, issues, resolutions, and CMB decisions Coordinate with management of the CMDB to retrieve pre-change baseline information applicable to a Change Request Provide CM interface with the Deployment Management branch to assure that change requests approved for implementation by FAA MSD CMBs are submitted to the appropriate branch Conduct reviews to evaluate process efficiency and maturity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degree (engineering, math, and science related degrees are considered acceptable alternative degrees); eight (8) years of relevant experience. Education/Experience Substitutions The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.
