Transportation Services is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Senior Change Management Consultant for the successful implementation of Enterprise Work Management Solution (EWMS) program.
Reporting to the Transportation Services EWMS Business Lead, you will manage and organize consulting services to Transportation Services key stakeholders in the practice areas of organizational change management, organization design and restructuring, program and service improvement, and organization development.
In this role, you will be working in hybrid work model, following City of Toronto’s Workplace Modernization Program, supported by the City’s Remote Work Policy.
Transportation Services Division plans, constructs, and manages the transportation infrastructure within the public right-of-way, including the public realm, roads, sidewalks, and traffic signals. EWMS is a transformational program to replace legacy work management systems with the objective of modernizing service delivery.
