Job Description Generative AI, Copilot, Lowcode/Nocode and new digital practices are transforming the enterprise user environment. This role targets a senior change management consultant, autonomous on the design and implementation of change management frameworks, capable of operating with major accounts in the regions. 💡 YOUR MISSIONS As a Senior Change Management Consultant (M/F), you join the Change Management community to support major accounts and enterprises in the region with their digital strategy. You contribute to pre-sales, study, strategy, user support plan delivery and functional oversight of projects. Support our clients in their change strategy Facilitate workshops on workplace practices and usage Assess impacts, functional and organisational requirements around end-user services Map user profiles and use cases Recommend governance strategies, particularly around the contribution of AI to daily operations Define a target state and transformation trajectory Design and oversee change management plans, scoping studies and impact assessments Operate autonomously on scoping phases Monitor the transformation of our clients' information systems Actively contribute to the development and enrichment of the offer Qualifications With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience in change management, particularly on issues related to user and client support in their digital transformation projects. You are able to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders, from executives to operational staff. Passionate about new digital uses, you work on transformative digital projects. Your expertise and appetite for challenge will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions involving complex and heterogeneous issues. You have a strong general knowledge, notably a good understanding of Microsoft solutions. A strong communicator, you are able to adapt to both teamwork and client projects, and your dynamism allows you to convince and unite people. You have several years of experience in change management and the implementation of communication/training plans. You are proficient in English and you must be fluent in French.
