Type of Employment: Full-Time, Contract role for 12 months
Nova Scotia Power is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to join our ERP Program team on a contract basis as part of a broader Business Transformation initiative. Reporting to the Change Manager, this role will support the design and delivery of internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
You’ll lead change activities on the ERP project, using structured methodologies and data-driven insights to maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and deliver lasting outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and frontline employees, you’ll help ensure that change is thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and successfully sustained.
