As a Senior Change Manager, you will support senior leaders to continue to innovate our finance shared services and beyond. You will play a key role in developing, designing and delivering high quality change initiatives over the next 18 months.
As part of our Transformation Team, you will lead and manage specific change initiatives and projects in the delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme.
One role will support our Finance Strategic Implementation Director to oversee the coordination of the whole programme, ensuring effective project definition, impact analyses, change planning and mobilisation of initiatives, with clarity in communication and working with stakeholders across our global finance community.
The other role will support our lead Senior Change Manager to deliver specific key projects including process improvement, automation, new systems and behaviour change. These projects are pivotal to ensuring the future finance function is as efficient as possible and enabling our people to continue to make significant impact.
