Senior Change Manager – Group Security (12 Months) You are an experienced Change Manager passionate about change and group security. Do work that matters Build your career as a Senior Organisational Change Manager, supporting Group Security projects that make a real difference to our people and our customers. Use your love of transformation, agile mindset, creative thinking, and passion for people to design and deliver high quality change approaches and interventions that ensure organisational change is effective and sustained. Initially supporting the Unified Security Posture Management initiative, this role will be embedded within the DevSecOps space to help support the alignment of development, security and operations to make the delivery, security, reliability and resilience of our products a shared responsibility for Crews and Squads throughout the entire development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed Change Impact Assessments reflecting the impact of change on our people, our business and the Group. Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication strategies and collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material. Creation and delivery of communications artefacts Use metrics to monitor change readiness and acceptance as the business transitions through the change to BAU. Lead the change, business engagement & change strategy for multiple squads. Partner with key stakeholders to understand their change needs and provide insights into the stakeholder groups, knowledge and ability gaps. Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes. We are interested to hear from people who: Have experience working in fast paced roles and can create positive impact at speed. Are passionate about ensuring their communication translates technical content for end users in a simple, clear fashion. Have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders. Have a proven track record of delivering complex change management artefacts. Have a proactive approach and ability to work autonomously. Are familiar with agile practices. Have a shared passion for Group Security Delivery (experience in delivering technology projects is a strong advantage).
