SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER

  • You are an experienced Senior Change Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex changes
  • Expert at influencing and negotiating with senior leaders (GM/EGM level) to drive COO’s AI priorities across multiple business units and crews.
  • You identify potential areas of resistance and lead appropriate resolutions.
  • You are passionate, motivated, and display a positive attitude; you will be on the forefront to help promote and advocate the capabilities of AI to COO
  • You are adept at leading through ambiguity in an emerging field.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the effective delivery of change solutions; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
  • Assess the Crew portfolio and allocate Change resources by balancing the complexity of the initiatives and the capacity of the Change resources.
  • Facilitate and execute change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
  • Provides change advice to delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Contributes to the development of change objectives and measures of success
  • Contribute to and/or design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. OCM Plans, presentations, training materials, communications, feedback surveys and reference material).
  • Facilitate change workshops and support the facilitation of end user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required to enable the required capability/skill transfer for the change.
  • Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress /adoption / sustainability
  • Reporting, insights and updates to key stakeholders on change portfolio, risk in change, manual processes, team capacity and escalation and management of any issues.
  • Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
