Find work that matters and shape your world   * Lead the design and delivery of change management activities for the Program * Temporary full-time opportunity until 27 November 2026 * All NSW Office locations considered, with flexible working supported * Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $ 149,739 to $ 173,174 + super   About the role We’re looking for an experienced change leader to join our Program Management Office (PMO) at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.   This PMO plays an important role in coordinating the movement of staff from various external agencies via various means to work for the Development Coordination Authority (DCA). This initiative is part of the NSW Government’s planning reforms.   The Senior Change Manager role works within the Program Management Office to understand the journey staff will be taking to move to work for the DCA and the impact of this on external agencies, as well as the DCA, to design robust change management activities. This will include contributing to staff transition communications and having visibility of all communications relevant to the Program.   This role involves navigating competing priorities, ambiguity, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that change initiatives land effectively and are adopted in a sustainable way.
