ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to join FinXL and support the Risk and Regulatory Portfolio within a large insurance business. This engagement will focus on transforming customer-facing communications, with a clear goal of improving customer experience and comprehension, reducing complaints, minimising regulatory and reputational risk, and enhancing operational efficiency.
This role is pivotal to enabling success through change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and embedding sustainable practices across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a change strategy and supporting plans across the program
  • Deliver end-to-end change management including communications, engagement, and learning
  • Gather and analyse change impact data; evaluate business readiness
  • Drive embedment of change through transition to BAU planning and delivery
  • Identify, plan, and mitigate risks to change implementation
  • Partner across projects to ensure effective sequencing and bundling of change
  • Coach and influence leaders and stakeholders for effective adoption
