Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised organisation in the midst of a significant transformation journey. Operating within a highly technical, data-driven environment, the organisation is delivering an ambitious portfolio of technology, ERP, digital and business transformation programmes designed to modernise services, improve ways of working and strengthen future capability. As the pace and scale of change continues to increase, the organisation is investing heavily in its Change Management function. Established relatively recently, the function has built strong foundations and is now entering its next phase of maturity. As a result, this role offers a rare opportunity not only to deliver change across high-profile programmes, but to influence how change is understood, led and embedded across the organisation for the long term.
Your new role
You will lead the people side of change across a portfolio of complex and interdependent transformation initiatives, helping senior leaders navigate significant organisational, technology and process change whilst ensuring colleagues are ready, willing and able to adopt new ways of working. Working directly with Executive Leadership Teams, SROs, senior leaders, Project Managers and Business Analysts, you will build awareness, understanding and buy-in for change management at every level of the organisation. A key part of your role will involve coaching senior leaders to become effective sponsors of change, challenging established thinking, influencing sceptical stakeholders and positioning change management as an enabler of successful delivery rather than an additional layer of process or governance. This organisation is actively seeking to increase its change maturity and embed change management as a core organisational capability. You will therefore play a central role in developing frameworks, improving adoption of existing methodologies and toolkits, strengthening accountability for change and helping leaders balance the need to deliver at pace with colleague readiness, engagement and sustainable adoption. Alongside stakeholder engagement and business readiness activity, you will use data, metrics and insight to influence decision-making, improve change outcomes and provide meaningful reporting on adoption, readiness, benefits realisation and organisational capability. Your success will be measured not just by programme delivery, but by your ability to increase leadership sponsorship, grow internal capability and help build a more mature and enduring approach to change across the organisation.
