This is a highly collaborative role requiring someone who can take a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to change, while remaining strongly focused on business outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring there is alignment, engagement and a clear understanding of the change.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, troubleshooting where possible and escalating appropriately to ensure momentum is maintained.
  • Support the development and delivery of communications, engagement and other change interventions required to drive adoption.

Requirement

  • Experience delivering change associated with new ways of working, operating model, cultural or capability transformation would be highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Experience working closely with learning, capability or organisational development teams to support the rollout and embedding of new skills and behaviours.
