  • Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead a practical change and communications approach for the integration, aligned to the deal and program timeline
  • Partner with workstream leads to understand the people impacts of change and what is required for successful adoption
  • Identify impacted groups and translate impacts into clear, prioritised and achievable actions
  • Develop communications, engagement and learning activities that give employees clarity on what the changes mean for them
  • Guide and coach senior leaders and people leaders, drawing on practical experience to help them lead visibly through uncertainty
  • Build change capability across the business through hands-on support, rather than relying on frameworks alone
  • Monitor adoption, sentiment and readiness, and adjust the approach to drive sustained outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to integration leadership on progress, risks and areas requiring attention
