Piper Companies is searching for a Senior Change Manager to work for a leader in the technology space. The Senior Change Manager role requires a strong communicator with a passion for content development, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities of the Senior Change Manager include:

  • Work within Jira to track change-related tasks and progress.
  • Provide change leadership during implementation phases, including readiness assessments and feedback loops.
  • Create compelling content for change communications, training materials, and executive updates.

Qualifications for the Senior Change Manager include:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Cisco tools (Webex, internal platforms) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation for the Senior Change Manager includes:

  • Total compensation is $100,000 - $114,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
  • Remote work – open to all hours
