Description

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join a leading organization in the technology sector. The Senior Change Manager role demands a skilled communicator who excels in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and promoting the adoption of new tools and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Change Management, ideally within technology implementation environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of obtaining and maintaining an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives involving administrative access, platform content standards, and stakeholder impact.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Webex is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a plus.
  • Background in learning and development is advantageous but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

Compensation for the Senior Change Manager includes:

  • Total compensation is $100,000 - $114,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
  • Remote work – open to all hours
