Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Change Manager - Technology Implementation to join a dynamic and fast-paced global HR team in a fully remote role. The ideal Senior Change Manager - Technology Implementation will lead and support strategic technology-driven change initiatives across a global learning and development HR organization.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION:

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology implementation environments.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives involving admin rights, platform content criteria, and stakeholder impact.
  • Experience with tools such as Webex is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a plus.
  • Background in learning and development is a bonus, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive impactful change strategies for technology rollouts, including tools like Webex and other internal platforms.
  • Develop compelling change and communication plans to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position changes effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
