This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We are looking for a skilled Senior Change Office Analyst to support the Pacific Change Portfolio by ensuring efficient delivery of strategic programs and high-quality reporting across projects. We will count on you to: Track, analyse, and report on portfolio performance, schedules, risks, and benefits, providing insights to leadership. Support development and compliance of best practice frameworks, driving adherence to standards across projects. Provide consulting support to Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers, facilitating planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with the Change Office team to enhance services, foster a high-performance culture, and support operational excellence. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree with Project Management certifications (e.g., PMBOK) highly desirable. Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and portfolio management tools. Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
