About the Role The Senior Change Officer plays a central role in supporting the discovery, design, and delivery of change initiatives within the Public Health portfolio. A core responsibility is ensuring that agreed change management methods, standards and assurance processes are fully understood, embedded, and consistently applied across all stages of the change lifecycle. The role provides expert advice to Senior Leaders and Change Leads, helping them tailor change management approaches to their specific areas, while also contributing to the development, maintenance, and updating of key project documentation such as benefits realisation plans, risk and issue logs, budget monitoring records, and change control documentation. About You To apply for this post, you must: •    Ensure agreed change management methods, standards and assurance processes are understood and implemented across all stages of discovery, design and delivery  •    Support Change Leads and Senior Leaders in developing, tailoring and maintaining change management approaches and techniques.  •    Develop, maintain and update core project documentation including benefits plans, risk and issue logs, action logs, budget monitoring and change control records.  •    Manage information flow and produce timely updates and dashboards for portfolio governance, including presentations to transformation boards  •    Lead or support change initiatives by managing progress against milestones, budgets and quality standards while upskilling colleagues to deliver change effectively •    Prepare services and teams for change, support integration into business as usual operations, and contribute to communication planning and performance management. •    Essential Qualifications/Experience - Educated to NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in: Project Management OR a relevant analytical subject / equivalent qualification.
