Quadient is looking for a Channel Development Manager (CDM) to build and manage strong relationships with our partner and ISV network. In this role, you’ll help partners effectively promote Quadient’s Financial Automation solutions, including Beanworks and YayPay, while driving growth through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in complex sales, channel, or business development.
  • Proven success building alliances with Sage, Microsoft, or Netsuite ERP/VAR partners.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic plans with executives.
  • Experience with financial automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with 10–40% travel.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Train partner sales teams on Quadient products and processes.
  • Execute turn-key marketing campaigns with partner marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Quadient’s internal teams (SDR, AE, Marketing, Support) to manage partner sales channels.
  • Maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to review performance and strategy.
  • Create value propositions and ensure ROI-driven sales practices.

COMPENSATION: THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, IS $90,000.00- $110,000.00 CAD ANNUALLY.
