Job TitleSenior Channel Manager Location(s) Shanghai Job Description Channel Strategy & Framework Development Develop a deep understanding of the business division's strategy and contribute to the formulation of the national channel development roadmap. Design, implement, and continuously refine the partner onboarding, certification, tiering, and exit frameworks to ensure channel quality. Build the architecture for the national sales network, defining the optimal channel coverage and partner profile for each region. Channel Operations & Performance Management Own the day-to-day operational management of channel partners, establishing a comprehensive channel health scorecard. Monitor channel sales data, marketing activities, and compliance, conducting regular performance analysis. Act as a "problem-solving expert" by diving deep into channel performance issues. Work jointly with the sales team and distributors to diagnose root causes, develop corrective action plans, and ensure effective implementation. Channel Enablement & Capability Building Plan and execute regular distributor training, certification programs, and business review meetings to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and business management capabilities. Develop and optimize a suite of distributor management tools (e.g., CRM modules, reporting systems, collaboration platforms) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure business transparency and visibility through data dashboards and regular reporting, providing clear insights for both management and partners. Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the key bridge between Operations and Sales, ensuring channel strategy is seamlessly aligned with sales objectives. Streamline and optimize the end-to-end partner lifecycle process, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and performance evaluation.
