As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels. What You Will Do Platform & Campaign Management: Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution. Data & Optimization: Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics. Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.
