Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager - eCommerce – Shenzhen We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager, basing in our Shenzhen office, to join our China Go-to-market team. Location: Shenzhen On-site Full-time What you’ll do Performance Objectives - his or her performance will be measured by the following KPI: Sales leads / opportunity generation Revenue / customer base growth Key stakeholders: Business Development (Sales) Team, Rev Ops team, Product team Role definition: Partnership Development Identify and establish partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, third-party service providers (logistics, ERP, advertising, training institutions), and industry associations. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships to drive affiliate collaboration models. Channel Building & Management Design and implement affiliate partnership strategies to create effective customer acquisition channels and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. Execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and content collaborations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Business Coordination Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure partner resources are effectively converted into business growth. Regularly analyze channel performance and optimize partnership models and incentive programs. Industry Insights & Innovation Stay updated on cross-border e-commerce trends and explore new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models. Contribute to the development of policies and processes for affiliate partnerships to improve operational efficiency. Who you are Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or channel partnerships; background in cross-border e-commerce, payments, logistics, or SaaS preferred. Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and a strong understanding of seller needs and industry pain points. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in affiliate marketing, channel distribution, or ecosystem partnerships. Proficiency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
