Responsibilities

Job Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing/opening new accounts and managing the current wholesale accounts in North America. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop long-term strategies and processes that support sustained brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define the business strategy for North America, including account

mapping and merchandising plans.

  • Establish internal processes to support overall strategy.
  • Work directly with buyers to ensure business growth and brand management with key accounts, such as specialty stores and department stores.
  • Conduct regular store and account visits to identify improvement opportunities, discuss sales potential, and drive sell-in and sell-thru.
  • Analyze and forecast sales to ensure business growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate new products to determine sales potential and provide accurate forecasts for the wholesale business.
  • Lead weekly meetings with sales, merchandising, and logistics teams to execute strategies and address operational issues.
  • Participate in new product meetings and contribute insights for sales potential and planning.
  • Attend relevant tradeshows to build brand awareness.
