If so, we have a wonderful opportunity to work in our kitchen alongside a passionate and creative team on our busy team. Fridays Afternoon/Evening, Saturdays & Sunday shifts are key to our business.
Our Taproom serves some of the best burgers in the region, alongside a wide and varied range of dishes from all corners of the globe. We’re constantly developing our menu too, so it won’t be the same fare everyday. You will, of course receive full training on our current menu to get you into the swing of things as quickly as possible.

SUMMARY
As a Chef at Brinkburn Street, you will become part of a team that delivers high-quality culinary experiences while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Reporting to the Owner, your core skills in food preparation and cooking will be essential in assisting with meal production and kitchen operations. Your attitude and experience in hospitality will help foster a collaborative environment. Additionally, your skills will contribute to the efficient functioning of the kitchen, making you a vital part of our culinary team.
