Food+ by Compass, part of Restaurant Associates (part of Compass Group UK&I) are looking for a passionate Asian Specialist Senior Chef de Partie for one of its high profiles contract, a tech company based near Kings Cross Station - London

Ideal candidates will have experience in South Asian cuisine, a strong culinary background, and leadership skills. Join our dynamic team and bring your expertise to the table!
You’ll lead a team of chefs, oversee daily operations, and ensure consistent food quality. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience, you’ll be responsible for training junior staff, managing food costs, and developing new dishes.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Cafe Manager to prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards in a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
You’ll also support the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with Compass processes, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.
