Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: November 5–15, 2025
Salary: AED8000 per month (housing and transpo included)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a prestigious high-end Italian dining outlet in Dubai. This role requires a skilled professional who can lead their section with precision, uphold exceptional culinary standards, and bring authentic Italian flavors to life.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory: Currently residing in Dubai.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian-inspired outlet.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide junior chefs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of culinary quality and kitchen hygiene.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead Your Section with Excellence
  • Oversee all operations within your designated section, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all recipes and products, adhering strictly to recipe cards and preparation techniques.
  • Supervise and mentor Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs in your section, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering at a high level.
  • Monitor preparation pace, cooking accuracy, and plating efficiency to meet service demands while minimizing waste.
  1. Deliver Authentic Italian Cuisine
  • Apply proven experience in Italian cuisine or Italian-inspired outlets to craft dishes that reflect authenticity and creativity.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Italian ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
  • Uphold the outlet’s culinary vision while contributing innovative ideas for seasonal menus or specials.
  1. Maintain Hygiene and Safety
  • Ensure your section meets strict hygiene and sanitation standards before, during, and after service.
  • Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
  1. Support Kitchen Operations
  • Collaborate effectively with other sections and the Head/Sous Chef to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage stock control and reduce losses through efficient preparation and portion control.
  • Contribute to menu planning and pre-service briefings when required.
