SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE - HOTEL - BALBRIGGAN - €35,000 - €38,000 DOE

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie on behalf of our hotel client in the Balbriggan area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who’s looking to progress their career in a busy hotel kitchen, working alongside an experienced team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
• Hotel experience desirable but not essential
• Culinary qualification or relevant professional training
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for food
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Full knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s standards
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining portion control
• Work across multiple sections of the kitchen as required
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
