Position: Senior Kitchen Consultant / Chef
Company: I-Culinary
Location: Various client sites across the UK (including England and Scotland)
Salary: £27,200 – £32,000 per annum (full-time, 45 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

I-Culinary is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Consultant / Chef with strong expertise in Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine to support our expanding client base across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high kitchen standards, food safety compliance, and cost efficiency within restaurants, cafés, and takeaway businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and UK food safety standards.
  • Proven experience in cost management, stock control, and menu development.
  • Ability to carry out audits, inspections, and mystery shopper assignments.
  • Proficiency in Turkish language (written and spoken) to support communication with Turkish-speaking restaurant owners and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities
