The Role: Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Head Chef to bring our vision to life. We’re looking for someone who is excited to deliver modern cuisine with a Welsh influence, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

This is a hands-on, leadership role where you’ll:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification.
  • Help develop and execute exciting new specials.
  • Supervise and train junior team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing kitchen culture.
  • Maintain high food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Control waste and monitor portion sizes to maintain profitability.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.
  • You’re a confident team leader and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You bring creativity, consistency, and calm under pressure.
  • You’re passionate about showcasing local, seasonal ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£33,500.00 per year
