SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE

The Old England Hotel is an iconic hotel located in Heidelberg offering high quality meals and service in a fast paced busy environment.
We are seeking a qualified, experienced and passionate chef for our 350 plus Bistro, a la carte dining room, front bar and our function and events spaces – Gallery, Rooftop Terrace and 1848 Bluestone Lounge.
To succeed in this position you will need:
· Experience in high volume kitchens
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
· Attention to detail and well presented
· Good planning and organisational skills
· Confidence and ability to deliver high quality meals under pressure
· Reliable, hardworking and flexible
· Passion for cooking
Ability to run service/pass
· Experience in similar role desirable
To be considered for this position you must have a relevant diploma qualification, at least 4 years of proven kitchen experience as a qualified chef and availability over a 7 day roster.
