SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE – MONDAY TO FRIDAY – £16.60 PER HOUR – VICTORIA STATION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team located just minutes from Victoria Station. This is a full-time, weekday-only position offering a healthy work-life balance and a competitive hourly rate of £16.60.
Location: Central London, near Victoria Station
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Pay: £16.60 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Ability to manage a section independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to company standards
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations
• Lead junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen service
• Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Contribute to menu planning and kitchen efficiency
