Job Description
Scope Of Position
To lead and run and take responsibility for all sections of the kitchen overseeing and managing junior chef to achieve set standards of food service and production, assisting sous chefs with department ordering, stock control and food hygiene checks, in accordance with Raffles standards whilst ensuring equipment and utensils are always kept clean & tidy to the standards required by the Hotel
