Our Senior CDP will assist the Head Chef, along with our management team, they will have creative control of all menus with an emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal produce.
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with a passion for fresh and seasonal food to compliment our stunning location.

The ideal candidate must:

• Work well under pressure, be hard working and a team player.
• Be able to motivate team members to reach targets and maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Be passionate and creative.
• Have understanding of modern food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Have fantastic leadership skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours including holiday periods.
• Hold basic Food Hygiene Qualification or above.
