We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and play a key role in maintaining our standards of excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1–2 years in a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie role.
  • Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
  • Experience working in a busy, high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and mentor junior team members.
  • A genuine passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • HACCP training and a strong understanding of food safety standards.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of preparation, presentation, and service across all areas of the kitchen. You will support the Head Chef in running a smooth and efficient operation, mentoring junior chefs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and new ideas to enhance our offering.
  • Supervise and support junior chefs, providing training, guidance, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness, and stock control.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
  • Step up in the absence of the Head Chef, helping to lead service when required.
