ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fratelli Ristorante, Pizzeria & Bar oozes rustic Italian charm with a contemporary edge. We serve traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist including authentic Italian Cicchetti, mouthwatering pizza, and pasta dishes finishing with tempting miniature desserts. Fratelli’s is a busy, popular restaurant with both hotel guests and local residents with many weekly dining offers.
We are seeking to recruit a talented, proactive Senior Chef to join our fantastic kitchen. We are looking for someone with an overall focus on delivering excellent food every time, someone who will provide support to our Head Chef and assist in the training and development of our team.

THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

  • Assisting the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Assisting in the training of junior chefs.
  • Working during service on different sections when required.
  • Assisting other chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standard in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment.
  • Assisting Head Chef in administrative tasks such as ordering, invoicing, and rostering.
  • Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensuring high standards are consistently met and making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
  • Attend any training that has been set up to aid your own personal development.
