POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to play a key role in our kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef and management, you’ll help drive food quality, consistency, and creativity across the menu. Our style features open-fire cooking and showcases a range of dishes using seasonal produce and wild game.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or extensive hands-on experience.
  • Comfortable with open-fire cooking and confident in handling game meats.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
  • Passion for high-quality food and a willingness to grow within the team.
  • Understanding of stock control, food safety, and kitchen best practices.
