Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in running the busy, award-winning kitchen.
• Share responsibilities for kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our menu, focusing on local produce.
• Support the team in achieving a work-life balance by working smarter, not harder.
