SENIOR CHEF - THURROCK

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality, creative dishes. Accommodation available (live-in or local rental).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Chef in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth culinary knowledge and passion for food
• Excellent organisation in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Ensure food safety compliance and a clean kitchen
• Work with management on new menu ideas and specials
• Support with events and catering when required
