Responsibilities
The Senior Chef Tournant will assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in the daily management of the department, taking responsibility for the outlet and ensuring the overall quality of all products produced. This role requires applying best industry practices while maintaining and developing the high standards set by Caesars Entertainment.
