ABOUT US

The Internal Bank team, part of Group Treasury, is at the core of managing Treasury finance tasks. We are responsible for the Bank’s internal funds transfer pricing framework for capital, funding, and liquidity costs, as well as providing insights into the Bank’s balance sheet and net interest income developments. Our work spans multiple disciplines and functions, making it an essential element of the Bank’s pricing and profitability strategy.
You will join a team of engaged and supportive colleagues based in Copenhagen and Vilnius, working in an inclusive international environment. Our mission is to provide in-house advice on balance sheet-related matters using clear and accessible communication to support informed decision-making. We strive to create a welcoming, collaborative, and enjoyable workplace for everyone.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We imagine you bring:

  • A higher degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, VBA, or similar
  • An understanding of banking fundamentals, including balance sheets, net interest income, funds transfer pricing, and regulation

Additional experience in quantitative risk management, attention to detail, and a willingness to change and learn new processes is welcome. Good communication skills in English are essential.
Head of Internal Bank, Jesper Duus, says, “Our asset lies in the diverse skills and perspectives of our team. We are committed to creating a space where everyone is comfortable expressing their true selves at work. Together, we focus on collaboration, shared accountability, and supporting one another to achieve success”.

As part of our team, you will contribute to key decision-making frameworks and help shape the Bank’s financial strategies. Your ability to work closely with various stakeholders will ensure transparency and efficiency in all aspects of your role.

Your key tasks will include:
