I get it. You’re passionate about care, but you’re done with burnout, chaos, and places that talk the talk but don’t walk it.
Maybe this is just the opportunity for you! I’m building a team that leads with love, consistency, and purpose, and I’m looking for two amazing Senior Residential Childcare Practitioners to join us on that mission.
No chaos. No constant crisis
A therapeutic space where everyone gets to breathe.
A place where care comes first, every single time.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

⭐ £25k - £31k base pay + £35 per sleep-in
⭐ Level 4 Therapeutic Practice course (6–8 weeks – staff love it!)
⭐ Pathway to Level 5 – and yes, paid for you!
⭐ 2–3 long days a week with every other weekend off
⭐ A close-knit, supportive team just looking for the final 2!
⭐ Sleep-ins paid at £35
⭐ 22 days holiday + bank hols
⭐Casual dress, pension, free parking, and a workplace that feels good

Responsibilities
