In this role, you’ll manage the handoff of projects from sales to delivery for customers adopting Webex and Bucher + Suter solutions. You will lead the design and ensure all customer needs have been documented and will be met in the forthcoming solution deployment. You will be the technical lead for the US team, supporting them in achieving and retaining customer satisfaction.
