Responsibilities
  • Expertly collaborates with aviation clients to grasp project vision.
  • Oversee and lead the engineering project lifecycle from planning and to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Utilize engineering design software for reviewing and editing design plans and modeling.
  • Applies FAA and airport safety knowledge in project work.
  • Evaluate quality assurance and quality controls on project work within the team.
  • Analyze system deficiencies and provide improvement alternatives to meet project goals.
  • Applies technical writing skills for Request for Proposals, report writing, project specifications, and memorandums.
  • Ensures precision and safety through meticulous design.
  • Tackles design challenges creatively, resolving complex problems.
  • Engage with community members, government officials, and other stakeholders to communicate project goals, address concerns, and gather input.
  • Develop, inspire, and mentor reporting personnel.
  • Stays aware of federal regulations that impact the aviation industry.
  • Partners with the regional director and operations manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence
