Description Giffels Webster has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Oakland County office located in Birmingham, Michigan. As a Senior Engineer you will work on high-profile land development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life in southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently on various engineering projects and assist a wide variety of client types from architects, developers, property owners and real estate professionals. You will work in a team environment led by a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on a variety of tasks. Requirements Minimum qualification: You have an engineering degree from an ABET accredited university or equivalent amount of applicable experience. At least 5 years of Civil Engineering experience Must have experience in AutoCAD software Exposure to Municipal and/or Private Development projects Preferred qualifications: PE licensure in Michigan (or seeking to obtain) Experience in Civil3D Experience with water and sanitary design Experience in WaterCAD or WaterGems Experience working with MDOT Local Agency Programs
