• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia.
• 15 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field, Minimum 5 years in treated/waste water including the managing the contractors and leading the team.
• Knowledge and experience in Contract Management. Ability to deliver and support change
• Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage.
• MBA and/or secondary relevant degree would be advantage.
