Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer - Municipal Infrastructure to join a renowned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering impactful projects across Canada.   • Salary: $150,000 - $200,000/year

REQUIREMENTS

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal infrastructure projects such as water and sewer pump stations, drainage systems, and utility upgrades
  • Act as Engineer-of-Record or Technical Lead on high-profile regional and municipal projects
  • Manage all phases of project execution: feasibility studies, conceptual planning, detailed design, and construction administration
  • Review and sign off on reports, specifications, tender packages, and design documentation
  • Mentor and guide junior and intermediate engineering team members
  • Collaborate closely with CAD and field teams to ensure alignment between design intent and execution
  • Provide construction administration services, including tender oversight, contract management, QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Support and lead proposal development and client-facing business development initiatives
  • Coordinate with clients across the public and private sectors, including municipalities, regional districts, First Nations, and institutional partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive civil infrastructure experience
  • Expertise in municipal water and wastewater systems design and delivery
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities
  • Proven consulting engineering experience with a focus on multi-stakeholder collaboration
  • Excellent communication and technical report writing skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct site visits under varying field conditions
  • A passion for community development, problem-solving, and mentoring talent
