JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 12+ years of UAE experience, preferably at an Estimator Manager level, with a strong background in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years’ UAE experience in civil estimating, with managerial-level exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractors.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with project requirements.
• Source competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop pricing strategies and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the tendering process and maintain up-to-date pricing databases.
