Description

You're a driven and delivery focused Senior Engineer who thrives in complex project environments and is passionate about shaping sustainable infrastructure. You bring a strong foundation in highway design, combined with a collaborative mindset, strength in communication and eagerness to grow within a purpose-driven team. To be successful in this role, you will have: 7+ years working in multidiscipline design and/or project teams in highways and infrastructure projects, ideally within the QLD market. Experience with Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) road projects, which will be highly regarded. A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation. Strong knowledge of local design standards including the Austroads Guide to Road Design (AGRD) and TMR Supplements, with the ability to apply these effectively in real-world contexts. Familiarity with AutoCAD and exposure to industry-standard road design software such as 12D, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D. Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary design teams, contributing to integrated, high-quality project outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead, with good influencing, motivating and delegation skills Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment. A natural strength in communications and coordination of multiple disciplines to play a central role in multi-disciplinary project.
