For company profile, please visit the website :- www.assystemstup.com Job Description The Senior Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for civil works. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for smooth site operations. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Review and verify contractor bills and measurements. Ensure quality control procedures are implemented at site. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify and resolve technical issues at site. Manage subcontractors and site workforce efficiently. Ensure material inspection, testing, and proper storage at site. Coordinate with planning team to maintain project schedules. Maintain proper documentation including DPR, site instructions, and checklists. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil). 8–15 years of relevant site execution experience.
