Threestones Alliance Inc. is a leading Alberta-based exterior envelope contractor specializing in multi-level residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cladding, siding, masonry, and envelope solutions to developers, builders, and property owners across Calgary.
We are expanding our estimating leadership team and are seeking a Cladding Estimator to oversee our estimating department, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in our processes
This role requires expert-level knowledge of cladding systems in both multi-level residential and commercial sectors, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3+ years estimating experience in cladding/exterior envelope construction (multi-level residential and commercial).
• Previous experience managing or leading an estimating department in the construction industry.
• Expert understanding of cladding, siding, masonry, stucco, EIFS, metal panels, and other exterior envelope materials.
• Proficiency with STACK and KOJO platforms (required).
• Exceptional accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
