SENIOR CLADDING SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
Reports To: Cladding Production Manager

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage crews on-site to ensure an efficient project lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison with general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and inspection agencies
  • Ensure all safety regulations and scheduling requirements are met or exceeded
  • Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project timelines
  • Communicate daily with office teams, coordinators, and purchasers to streamline operations
  • Attend meetings as required, including but not limited to startup, on-site, turnover, and coordination
  • Act proactively to determine and coordinate project access equipment
  • Ensure QA/QC is closely monitored, and production goals are met
  • Assist in and direct the hiring of field employees
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Responsible for the contractual performance of a project
  • Adapt to changing project demands and provide solutions in real-time scenarios
  • Support and aid in estimating labor on projects
